All VR DESIGNS reels carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner covering any defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty provides that any defective VR reel will be repaired and shipped back at no charge for parts and labor.
Warranty Exclusions
Of course this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification. In this case you will be charged a reasonable fee for repair plus $30 to cover shipping, insurance and processing.
